Partnering with our fellow market vendors, River Wave Foods, who makes our tangy sweet gluten free Berriyaki marinade using locally grown marionberries. We take our freshly harvested Oyster mushrooms, marinate them for 12 hours and then dehydrate them to bring you delicious jerky with all the wealth of antioxidants that mushrooms have to provide. Allows you to enjoy jerky without the negative impacts of red meat, and perfect for any vegetarians or vegans who wish to indulge.
